Vishuddha is the fifth Chakra, the Throat Chakra. The very one allowing self-expression and communication with others. Seat of sound creativity, the Throat creates sounds, words, songs. When Vishuddha is aligned and in harmony, truth and honesty prevail. It is represented by the light blue color.
