Principle
My approach is a little different. I am not simply looking to create jewellery to be worn as an accessory. My motivation is to craft Sacred Talismans: personal objects created around an intention and an inner journey. Making jewellery with gemstones may seem fairly straightforward at first. Creating a Sacred Talisman is a very different process.
The making of the piece is just one stage in a complex, mindful process. Each stage is ritualised to give the Talisman a particular symbolic and spiritual dimension, connected with an intention of inner healing, personal growth, symbolic protection or another personal need.

Intuitive search
To create a Talisman that reflects your personal journey, my first step is to intuitively explore gemstones that may resonate with your needs and intentions. Once you have provided me with some basic information, I can begin.
The choice of gemstones matters. Throughout different traditions, stones have been associated with particular meanings and symbolism relating to spiritual, mental and emotional aspects of life. Crystal traditions are rich and continue to evolve as new stones are discovered and new interpretations emerge.
During this intuitive exploration, one or more stones will catch my attention. I then look into their traditionally attributed properties, symbolism and the reasons why they seem relevant to your personal journey.
Once my exploration is complete, I share my findings with you, and we discuss whether they resonate with you. If they do, we define together the personal intention to be associated with your Talisman.
You may also have one or more stones that are already meaningful to you and that you would like me to incorporate into a creation. Although I enjoy working intuitively, this is entirely possible, provided your stones have a shape suitable for setting.
Manufacturing
Before beginning the actual making process, it is important to decide on the final appearance of the Sacred Talisman. You may feel drawn to one of the designs presented on the website, or you may give me the freedom to follow my intuition and create a personalised piece.
The same applies to colours. In traditions that associate gemstones with chakras, certain colours are linked to particular themes: red with grounding and the root chakra, for example, or blue with communication and the throat chakra. These symbolic associations can guide the aesthetic choices and composition of the Talisman, while highlighting the gemstones it contains.
The piece is made using a technique called micro-macramé, which involves creating patterns by tying knots with a suitable cord. More than simple knots, these are connections being created. Each connection evokes a bond, a coming together, and this is where mindful craftsmanship takes on its full meaning. Creation, symbolic protection and harmony are among the intentions that guide me as I make each Talisman.

Purification
Once the hands-on work is complete, we have a beautiful piece of jewellery. But my process does not end with its creation: I want to give it the meaning of a Sacred Talisman by associating it with an intention and a spiritual dimension. The first stage of this process is a purification ritual, carried out in several phases.
The first involves sacred geometry. The Flower of Life is a symbol associated in certain spiritual traditions with purification, harmony and balance. It therefore has a natural place in this ritual.
Sound, particularly the sound of the shamanic drum, has also long been used in various ritual and spiritual practices, for example to mark a transition, encourage contemplation or accompany meditation.
Finally, there is the breath. As you probably know, breath is intimately connected with life. Conscious inhalation and exhalation can become a moment of presence and recentering. Here again, intention and mindful attention to the act are essential to my practice.
Information
I am not referring to information in the general sense. Rather, I mean the intention associated with an object and the personal meaning it can hold in our daily lives.
Through the “power of intention”, a Sacred Ritual accompanies each creation. It is a symbolic stage in the process, a moment to clearly express the intention that gives the Talisman its meaning.
Once the piece has been made and the gemstones incorporated into the jewellery, I continue the ritual using symbols and practices that are part of my spiritual approach. This moment allows me to focus on the chosen intention and on the place the Talisman may hold in your personal journey.
Through this ritual, the piece of jewellery becomes a Sacred Talisman for you: a personal object associated with an intention, a symbolism and a commitment to yourself.
Part of the ritual takes place on the Talisman, while another part is performed using a Flower of Life symbol. This symbol is given to you so that it can accompany your own rituals and remind you of the intention associated with your Talisman whenever you wish to take a moment to recenter yourself.

Maintenance
To me, this Talisman is more than a simple accessory: it is a personal object with meaning. It comes in a small pouch that also contains the Flower of Life symbol.
If possible, wear it from time to time and place it back in its pouch with the Flower of Life when you are not wearing it. In my spiritual practice, this symbol is used as part of purification and recentering rituals. You may wish to take this time whenever you want to reconnect with the intention associated with your Talisman.
Take care of it and give it whatever place feels right for you in your daily life. You can use it as a reminder of your intentions and of the commitments you wish to honour towards yourself.
Remember: every Sacred Talisman, even one created with the very best intentions, remains an object that accompanies you on your journey. It can remind you of what matters to you, but you are the one who moves forward and takes the steps that help you grow. And if you are here, I believe you already know that.
