Delivery delay
Talismans Sacrés offers delivery by priority letter or economic letter (La Poste) for Switzerland, according to your choice when ordering. Delivery by economy letter is automatic for international shipments.
We make every effort to deliver your order to La Poste in less than 72 hours, Monday to Friday. For any order of Talismans, please take note of the following chapter.
The indicative delivery time is then 48 to 72 hours in Switzerland, from the date of shipment. For international shipments, please refer to your post office. Depending on the destination, delivery can range from a few days to a few weeks.
Once your order has been placed on Talismans Sacrés, you will receive an email as soon as your order is shipped. The package will be delivered to the address indicated when ordering. The risks are borne by the purchaser from the moment the products leave the premises of Talismans Sacrés. In the event of damage during transport, the reasoned protest must be made to the carrier within three days of delivery. Delivery times are given for information only (on average 48 hours); if these exceed thirty days from the order, the sales contract may be terminated and the customer reimbursed.
Special case: Talismans
Due to the unique nature of each Talisman, Talismans are handcrafted and may take several days or even weeks to complete. We make every effort to ensure that the manufacturing is as fast as possible, but a more or less long delay can be supported, because of different conditions:
- Waiting time due to high demand ;
- Raw material replenishment ;
In the case of a Talisman order, we ask for your patience to allow us to create a unique creation for you. The standard lead time is one to two weeks. If it were to be extended, we would not fail to inform you as soon as possible of the additional duration.
Shipping fees
At Talismans Sacrés the shipping costs are simple and clear: they are indicated when ordering.
Withdrawal and return of products
You have 14 (fourteen) days from the delivery of your order to return your products for an exchange or a refund, without penalty except for the return costs. However, only products returned in perfect condition in their original packaging accompanied by the documents provided may be reimbursed.
Talismans being consciously crafted with one or more intentions cannot be returned or exchanged.
In the event of exercise of the right of withdrawal, Talismans Sacrés will reimburse all the sums paid by the customer. The refund will be made within a maximum period of 30 (thirty) days after receipt of the return.
